CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS/RESIZING

If you decide to cancel your order or add any amendments, please do so within 10 minutes of ordering by mailing info@scottanthony.co.uk and include your order number.

This will save any delay in getting your parcel or refund to you.

 

All rings are custom-made and sized according to UK measurements.

As we do not offer resizing, it is essential to choose your ring size carefully.

To help you find the perfect fit, we provide a ring size chart on our website, but for the most accurate results we recommend having your finger measured by a professional jeweller.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED

Upon receiving your order, please examine it carefully. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us on info@scottanthony.co.uk on the same day, including your order details, photos of the jewellery as well as the box and packaging.

 This will assist in understanding what occurred during transit.

REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE

Scott Anthony Jewellery has a strict no-refund policy on personalised or engraved pieces, bespoke items, and international orders shipped outside the UK.

For all other items within the UK, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and the items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery, with the customer responsible for postage and any risks during transit. To arrange an exchange or refund, customers should contact Scott Anthony Jewellery via email for the return address, noting that the original UK postage cost is non-refundable.
