DISPATCH TIME
Every item is handcrafted by Scott Anthony Jewellery, resulting in varying dispatch times for each piece.
To view the estimated dispatch times, please click on the individual items in our shop. While these times are estimates, if you require your piece urgently, please contact us via email as soon as possible.
We will do our utmost to meet your request, but please keep in mind that this may not always be feasible, so consider the estimated dispatch times accordingly.
Please provide the correct billing and shipping address to ensure a smooth delivery and prevent extra charges being incurred for the safe and speedy arrival of your items. ​
UK & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Scott Anthony Jewellery ships worldwide. We use Royal Mail in the UK and DHL Express for overseas. All shipping costs are added at the checkout.
Please remember that delivery times are added onto dispatch times.
​Customs and duty fees are not included in Scott Anthony Jewellery's international shipping costs. Please check with your local authorities for import duties and VAT, as these vary by country. Scott Anthony Jewellery is not responsible for any additional charges after dispatch.
DELAYS
If your order is significantly delayed, we recommend checking its status with the tracking number you received. Please keep in mind that UK orders may take up to 3 working days to arrive, while international orders can take as long as 10 working days.
